Any order above Rs 999 is eligible for free shipping unless clarified otherwise.
For orders worth lower than that, a shipping charge may be levied depending on the pin code of the address where it is beings shipped to.
Usually, all items are delivered within 6-10 business days of the order being placed.

Q: Is there any item that is not returnable?
A: Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of thermals and innerwear items like panties, bloomers and briefs.
Q: Can I return only a part of an order?
A: If your order contains multiple items, you can return products that were part of the order individually.
Q: What is the maximum time allotted to generate a return request?
A: A return request may be generated within 15 days of the time of purchase/time of delivery. The product(s) should be purchased only from https://www.bodycareapparels.com/ and not from any other online or offline retailer.

- There should be no marks, holes, stitches or stains on it
- All tags and original packaging items should be kept intact

Q: How long till the return and refund process take?
A: Within 3-4 days of the return request being made, the return item will be picked up. After that, the item will be delivered to our warehouse, where it will undergo quality checks. If the item passes the quality check, you will receive an email on your registered email address with Bodycare World.
Depending on the mode of payment, the refund amount will be deposited in your bank account within 72 hours after your request is granted.
Q: Is doorstep pick-up available for return items?
A: Pick-up service is available depending on the pin code of the address where it was delivered.
Q: In case doorstep delivery is unavailable, will I be recompensated for couriering the item back?
