Q: Is there any item that is not returnable?
A: Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of innerwear items like panties, bloomers and briefs.
Q: Can I return only a part of an order?
A: If your order contains multiple items, you can return products that were part of the order  individually.
Q: What is the maximum time allotted to generate a return request?
A: A return request may be generated within 30 days of the time of purchase/time of delivery. The product(s) should be purchased only from and not from any other online or offline retailer.

  • Product should be unused and unwashed
  • There should be no marks, holes, stitches or stains on it
  • All tags and original packaging items should be kept intact
  • Product should be returned in sellable conditions
