Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry proper sample set during market visits.
  • Visit retail outlets regularly to present samples and meet sales targets.
  • Seek maximum orders from retailers.
  • Circulate and explain scheme circulars to retailers.
  • Maintain retailer-wise data for scheme target achievement.
  • Ensure distributor dispatch according to schemes.
  • Push retailers to higher slabs at scheme closure.
  • Report daily via WhatsApp and provide sales summaries.
  • Maintain distributor stock levels and primary vs. secondary sales ratio.
  • Coordinate with seniors and company on distributor issues.
  • Follow up for timely receipt of payments and dispatch coordination.
  • Inform company about competitors' activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors for retail branding.
  • Maintain branding standards and approve vendor bills.
  • Enroll new vendors for branding with management approval.
  • Clear vendor bills with the audit team.
  • Maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Provide inputs for new product development.
  • Launch new articles by visiting retailers regularly.
  • Update the list of distributors and retail outlets with presence marking.

Experience: 5-7 Years of Experience in the similar role of Area Sales Manager and handling a team of 8-10 Sales Executive
