Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets in Both Primary & Secondary to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales Executives.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and mentoring.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area by supporting the team in terms of appointing new Retailers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets and develop entry strategies through New Distributor appointments.

Brand Promotion:

  • Promote the brand through various sales and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns (BTL activity at distributor level) and events.

Feedback and Improvement:

  • Collect feedback from customers and sales teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement changes and improvements to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Experience: 5-7 Years of Experience in the similar role of Area Sales Manager and handling a team of 8-10 Sales Executive
