How much is my delivery charge?

Any order over Rs 499 is eligible for free shipping unless clarified otherwise. For orders worth lower than that, a shipping charge may be levied depending on the pin code of the address where it is beings shipped to. Usually, all items are delivered within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. Bodycare Apparels reserves the right to make any changes in the shipping policy without prior notification.

Do I get the delivery charges refunded?

1. If the complete order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including the shipping cost, if paid online.

2. If you have returned all the products in your order, you will be refunded the entire shipping charges. If you return the order partially, the shipping charges will not be refunded.

Is International delivery available?

No, currently international shipping is not available. We ship only in India.

What happens if my order gets lost in the transit?

If you believe your parcel has been lost in the transit , please contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible using these contact details. We will then investigate what has happened to your parcel.

Why is my order incomplete?

This could be because an item you’ve ordered has sold out before it could be sent to you. If any of the items in your order have sold out, we will inform you of this by email. Your order may also arrive in multiple parcels. Please allow us some extra time for the next parcel to arrive. If something is missing and you haven’t heard from us, please let us know so we can look into this further.

When can I expect to receive my delivery?

You should receive your delivery within seven working days of placing your order.

Where the supply of your product(s) is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control, (for example, material shortages or higher than anticipated demand during festive season or unforeseen circumstances like COVID ) we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

I have tried to track my order but there is no information on the delivery courier’s site. What should I do?

The tracking information for your order will start to appear in My Accounts section the day after we send it to you.
